14-Day Workflow Cycle
Phase 1: Document Upload (Day 0)
Upload → Auto-Classify (AI) → Route to TR
Phase 2: TR Initial Review (Days 1-12)
Claim → Review → Approve (→ ED) OR Request Extension (→ CA)
Phase 3: ED Approval (Days 13-14)
Review Extension → Approve/Reject → COMPLETED
Phase 4: Completion (Day 14+)
Archive → Notify Client → Restart if Needed
How to Use
Dashboard Overview
- 1.Total Tickets - All pending and completed
- 2.Pending TR - Tickets awaiting initial review
- 3.Under Review - Currently being reviewed
- 4.Pending ED - Awaiting executive approval
- 5.Deadline Alerts - Approaching 14-day deadline
- 6.High Priority - Urgent items
Uploading Documents
- 1.Click Upload Documents in sidebar
- 2.Select document type (W8_BEN, EPS, CAR_CKA, etc.)
- 3.Upload PDF/image file
- 4.System auto-classifies and creates ticket
- 5.Ticket routed to appropriate TR
Reviewing Tickets
- 1.Go to Pending Review or All Tickets
- 2.Click on a ticket to view details
- 3.Review attached documents
- 4.Click Approve, Reject, or Request Extension
Handling Deadline Alerts
- 1.Click Deadline Alerts in sidebar
- 2.Review tickets marked as WARNING (Day 12) or EXPIRED (Day 14)
- 3.Priority: EXPIRED > WARNING > Normal
- 4.Take immediate action on EXPIRED tickets
Managing Notifications
- 1.Click Notifications & Escalations
- 2.View unread notifications
- 3.Mark as read or delete
- 4.Check Escalations tab for pending escalations
Sending Email Reminders
- 1.Click Email Reminders
- 2.View sent reminders history
- 3.Check stats by type (Day 7, Day 12, Day 14)
